1)Postage and handling charge – $19.95 (for modem delivery)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2) Per minute billed in one second increments<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3) Number portability – only simple PSTN number port-in is allowed without additional charge. Complex port-in is chargeable depending on the scenarios.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4) All services are prepaid. Customer must pay the monthly recurring charges in advance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5) ETF for a 24 month term is up to $299 (incl GST). The ETF will be pro-rated by the number of months remaining in the minimum contract term period.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6) An installation charge of $330 applied for all ‘Greenfields’ (FTTP) NBN installations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7) Standard installation does not include internal cabling\/infrastruture and Technical Support visit. If Techical Support visit is required, the charges are; $132 (inc GST) Callout Charge plus $132 (inc GST) hourly rate.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8) Excludes high volume telemarketing<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9) For BYO device, please only use the recommended modem and switches – please confirm with compatibility with a Customer Service team member.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
10) Subsequent Installation Charge of $330 will apply if New Copper Pair (New Line) is selected<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
